Crystal N. Holliman, Founder/CEO of Ideal Management and Consulting (IMC), brings with her a distinguished career of 21 years in the United States Navy, marked by honorable service, culminating in her retirement. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management, underscoring her commitment to professional development. Crystal's profound expertise as a Personnel Specialist in the Navy propelled her into a leadership role in project management, temporary staffing, records management, event planning, and administrative management. She honed these skills during her tenure at prominent locations such as the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews, and various other duty stations, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to achieving excellence. Fueled by a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others, Crystal also embarked on a journey as a licensed real estate agent while actively serving in the military. Presently, Ms. Holliman assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer at Ideal Management and Consulting, (IMC), further showcasing her dedication to service and leadership.
